I know what you’re thinking BRUGES? (and now with a cartoonish drawl) BRUUUUUUUUGES? Yes, Bruges. My spirit cannot be limited to the confines of the best city in the world. No friends, sometimes I must spread my wings and fly (or drive) to take photos in a different location. And if I could choose any different location, it would probably be Bruges.

With its beautiful and medieval streets, tiny houses and cobbled walkways, Bruges is the European dream! What better way to celebrate an anniversary than frolicking through the ancient confines. And frolic we did friends. Frolic we did.

Julie and Colt are American and spent their anniversary trip travelling through Belgium. Some of you might not know this, but Belgium is low-key one of the nicest countries in Europe to visit. It’s eclectic, modern, shabby-chic and has a whole bunch of cool places to explore.

I hope that this inspires you to book your own photoshoot, regardless of how camera-shy, awkward or weird you might feel. I would absolutely love to capture you at your best! I shoot it in a fun and spontaneous way, so that the awkwardness of having a camera in your face goes unnoticed, and all you need to focus on is having fun and being your best self. Especially with portrait shoots it can sometimes be hard to shut out the noise and people moving around us, but don’t worry, I’ll be there to distract you! Remember that you are good enough and worthy also have amazing photos of yourself. The only thing stopping you, is the fear of actually trying it! You’re safe in my hands!
