What do you do when you can’t have a big wedding because of Covid-19? YOU HAVE TWO!

That’s what Peter and Erik decided to do for their wedding in 2021 and 2022. They decided on a small ceremony in the Conscious Hotel in 2021, including their closest family. And then a big party in 2022 with all their friends and family. Genius.

The small ceremony was held on the 12th of June and we couldn’t have asked for better weather. Peter and Erik got dressed in separate rooms of the hotel, and saw each other for the first time in the ceremony space. It was such an emotional moment when both their mothers walked them down the aisle and when all their friends watching on the livestream, shared a beautiful wedding toast with them.

My favorite officiant, Stanley Doorn, was also there to help them tie the knot. There was some post-ceremony bubbles and cake, followed by group pictures and portraits with Peter and Erik in the Westerpark.

The 2nd phase of their wedding extravaganza will also be in June this year, and I just can’t wait to capture the beautiful day for them!
